Starting on March 4, 2024, international students looking to study in British Columbia need to include a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) in their study permit application. This letter is a must-have to show they’ve been accepted by an approved school, known as a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), which fits within the set quota.
